Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Agent Serve, or agents built with it, to:

• break any law, or help someone else break one;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• collect or process personal data without a lawful basis, or record calls without the notices and consents the law requires;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate a person or organization;
• create or spread malware, phishing, fraud or deceptive content;
• harass, threaten, exploit or abuse anyone, or create content that sexualizes minors;
• promote violence, terrorism or hatred against people.

• Do not access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of Agent Serve without our written permission.
• Do not overload, disrupt or work around usage limits, rate limits or access controls.
• Do not use code sandboxes to mine cryptocurrency, attack other systems or run abusive workloads.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law allows.

• Follow the usage policies of the AI model providers you use through Agent Serve.
• Do not use AI output as the only basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as hiring, credit, housing or medical care, without meaningful human review.
• Tell people when they are interacting with an AI agent where the law or fairness requires it.
• Use approvals for agents that send messages, change records or take other external actions.

Connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use, and follow the terms of each connected service.

We may remove content, pause agents, or suspend or end access to stop a breach of this policy, as described in our Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we will contact your organization first. To report misuse, write to systems@valnoraelric.com.
