The equipment in 3D
Each lyophilizer in 3D with its live readings, so operators and engineers point at the same part of the same machine.
Elric WorksPharma · InjectablesA process intelligence platform for Granules India that puts every lyophilizer, cycle phase, alarm and batch record in one place, with the audit trail on.
Delivered by Suryanand Sunil, our founder, before he started Valnora & Elric. These projects became part of the company’s portfolio when he founded it.

Freeze-drying is the slowest and most sensitive step in making injectables. A single cycle runs for many hours, and a drift in shelf temperature or chamber pressure can cost an entire batch.
In most plants, each lyophilizer has its own equipment screen, alarms are handled on the machine, and batch records are reconciled afterwards. Operators and QA see the same process through different windows, at different times.
The platform follows each lyophilizer through the full cycle and shows the readings that matter at every phase, with elapsed time, time remaining and progress.
Batch, recipe and load ID confirmed before the cycle starts.
Shelf and product temperatures tracked against the recipe.
Chamber pressure brought down and held.
Product temperature, condenser and pressure watched closely.
Residual moisture driven off at higher shelf temperature.
Chamber returned to atmosphere under control.
Batch record ready for review.

Each lyophilizer in 3D with its live readings, so operators and engineers point at the same part of the same machine.

The freezing step shows where shelf and product temperature are against the recipe, while the step is still running.

Temperatures and pressures over the whole cycle, for comparing batches and spotting drift early.

Alarms by equipment and severity, acknowledged and shelved with operator notes, so recurring issues stand out.

The batch record builds while the cycle runs, ready for QA review instead of reconciliation afterwards.

Runs compared side by side, for process engineers looking for the next improvement.
Operators and QA work from one live view of every freeze-dryer, with alarms, SOPs and batch records in the same place, instead of separate equipment screens and paper records.
The outcome and what "done" means, agreed in writing with the people who run the process.
Released to real users early, in the plant, the field or the operations team.
Live data and records in place from the first release, not added at the end.
Docs, runbooks and a working session, so the client team owns it.
