Our Story

We built V&E because we saw the same problem over and over.

Funded startups have money, a vision, and pressure from investors to ship. But hiring takes months. Agencies deliver mediocre code. Freelancers disappear. We started Valnora & Elric to be the third option: a senior engineering team that operates like a founding technical team, builds the product correctly from day one, and hands it over cleanly when the company is ready to hire internally.

We are not an agency. We do not take tickets. We make architecture decisions, push back on bad ideas, and care about whether the product actually succeeds. If that sounds like what a great founding engineer would do, that is the point.
